What is included in each Made To Make subscription kit?
Every kit includes exclusive craft products such as stamps, dies, stencils and paper packs, plus an A5 project booklet.
Do I need to buy anything extra to complete the projects?
The projects in the booklet can be made using the items in the kit, although you may need some essential craft supplies and tools such as glue, scissors, and a die-cutting machine to make them all.
Are the kits suitable for beginners, or do I need prior experience?
All the projects in the booklet have step-by-step instructions with photography plus there will be videos and events from Sam showing you how to make amazing cards and more using your kit.
Are the projects seasonal or themed?
Yes, each kit will feature a different theme or be based on a specific season.
How much does the Made To Make subscription cost?
The price is just £11.99 per kit if you subscribe for the year. If you would prefer to pay every 3 months (1 kit) the price is £14.99. Please see overseas prices at the checkout.
Are there any extra charges for shipping?
No, there are no extra charges. All subscription prices include shipping.
Do you offer discounts for longer-term subscriptions (e.g. 3 or 12 months)?
Yes, to get the best deal, subscribe for the year. The standard price per kit is £17.99, if you subscribe to the annual rate of £47.96, that works out at just £11.99 per kit (and includes delivery!)
Can I buy a single kit without subscribing?
Each kit is limited edition so subscribing is the only way to guarantee you will get one. However, there may be some available to non-subscribers, we just can’t guarantee they will always be available.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your first payment will be taken when you subscribe. All subscriptions renew automatically and payment for your renewal will be taken 20 days before your next kit is mailed. This is to ensure we have processed your payment in plenty of time and to contact you if need beregarding any payment issues.If you choose to pay every 3 months, your payment will be taken before every kit is sent. You choose to subscribe for the year, your subscription will renew once a year, after you have received 4 kits.
How often will I receive a new kit?
There is one kit every 3 months. Over a year there will be a total of 4 kits.
When will my first kit be dispatched?
Issue one will mail to subscribers at the start of December 2025. Each subsequent kit will mail every 3 months thereafter.
Kit #1: Subscriber cut-off date 20th November 2025. Mailing date 1st December 2025.
Kit #2: Subscriber cut-off date 20th February 2026. Mailing date 1st March 2026.
Kit #3: Subscriber cut-off date 20th May 2026. Mailing date 1st June 2026.
Kit #4: Subscriber cut-off date 20th August 2026. Mailing date 1st September 2026.
Kit #5: Subscriber cut-off date 20th November 2026. Mailing date 1st December 2026.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 2-5 working days for UK delivery. US delivery can take 7-10 working days and for all other overseas destinations please allow 10-21 working days.
Can I track my subscription box once it’s shipped?
Yes, all orders are shipped by EVRI. Please ensure you provide an email address when you subscribe so you can receive order shipping information.
Do you ship internationally, and if so, how much does it cost?
Yes, shipping in included in all subscription rates so there are no extra costs. Please see the subscription price for the country you live in at the checkout.
Do I have to pay any additional duties or tariffs on my kit?
No, each kit is sent using a Delivery Duty Paid service (DDP) so you should not be asked to pay any additional fees. In the event that this does occur, please contact our customer service team at subscriptions@practicalpublishing.co.uk
What if I’m missing an item from my kit or it hasn’t arrived?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription renews automatically until you decide to cancel it. You can cancel at any time. Please note you will continue to receive any kits you have already paid for in advance. To cancel your subscription please contact our customer service team at subscriptions@practicalpublishing.co.uk
Is there a minimum subscription period?
The minimum subscription period is 3 months (1 kit)
Can I skip a box or pause my subscription if I don’t want that month’s kit?
This is not currently possible, it may be a service we can offer in the future.
If I cancel, do I still get the kit I’ve already paid for?
Yes, you can cancel any time but you will receive any kits you have already paid for.
Can I give a Made To Make subscription as a gift?
Yes, simply choose your order type at the checkout. Select if you are buying it for yourself, or if you are buying it as a gift.
Can I subscribe and pay with a Craftworld digital gift card?
No, it is not possible to redeem a Craftworld digital gift card against a Made To Make subscription.
How do I manage my subscription/ update shipping or billing details?
You can manage your subscription at https://account.practicalpublishing.co.uk/. Please note your Made To Make subscription account is not linked to yourCraftWorld account so you will need to create your subscription account separately.
