How To Make

  1. Download the I Craft So Hard I Sweat Glitter SVG for free here and import into your Cricut software. Resize to 13cm tall. Duplicate the design so you have two sentiments on your canvas.
  2. Proceed to make a basic cut in the software. Position the two sentiments at 1cm and 15cm on the cutting mat.
  3. Place a 14x12cm piece of bright pink matt vinyl on the cutting mat with the liner side down, aligned with the position shown in the software. Load the cutting mat into the Cricut machine.
  4. Choose matt vinyl in your software settings and ensure the correct blade is loaded in the machine. Press the Go button to begin cutting.
  5. When the cut is complete, unload the mat. Weed the excess vinyl from the design with a weeding tool.

Find out how to use transfer tape with the complete guide from CraftStash!

  1. Cut a piece of transfer tape 14x12cm. place it over one of the designs, paper-side up. Use a pencil to trace the shape around the words ‘I craft so hard I sweat’. Cut out this shape, so that when you use the transfer tape it will only pick up the stars and the word ‘glitter’.
  2. Ensure the cup is clean and dry. Apply transfer tape to the pink vinyl design, picking up just the stars and the word “glitter”. Peel the transfer tape and vinyl design away from the paper liner.
  3. Use the transfer tape to apply the vinyl design to the cup. Slowly and carefully remove the transfer tape, leaving the vinyl design on the project.
  4. Repeat steps 8-10 for the for the silver design, applying to the opposite side of the cup.
  5. Apply transfer tape to the remaining words of the pink vinyl design. Peel the transfer tape and vinyl design away from the paper liner.
  6. Use the transfer tape to apply the vinyl design to the cup, in the empty space of the silver side, as shown in photos. Remove transfer tape. Repeat steps 10-11 for the silver design.
