Newstead Jumper // Knitting Pattern
An intricate mix of cables and stitch patterns gives this cosy jumper a burst of striking texture
This cosy jumper is worked in the round from the bottom up to the armholes. The front and back are then worked flat. The pocket is worked in St st and is attached while knitting the body. The upper body is worked in the contrast colour, also in St st. Shoulders are seamed with a three-needle cast-off. The sleeves are picked up at the shoulder and worked from the top down. The collar is worked in the round from the neck up with a tie fastening for extra cosiness.
