Take an 11½x5½" piece of white cardstock and score at 1½", 3" and 7¼". To create the card blank crease the score lines with the first and third line becoming mountain folds and the second line becoming a valley fold. The larger panel is the back of the card blank and the small panel the front.

Trim a 5½"-square piece of the waves patterned paper and follow the wave shape to cut the edge. This is going to cover the smallest panel of the card blank so ensure the smallest wave is at least 1½" high. Fix to the front panel. Trim a 5½x4½" piece of waves patterned paper and fix to the back panel.

Die-cut a dolphin from the turquoise paper and another from the reverse. Repeat using the galaxy paper. Layer the turquoise dolphins over the galaxy dolphins to create a shadow effect and attach to the back panel as shown using 3D foam pads.

Die-cut a selection of underwater plant shapes from the purple and turquoise cardstock scraps and fix to the back panel of the card front.

Stamp the sentiment onto a scrap of turquoise paper and trim to size then layer onto a slightly larger rectangle of galaxy paper and adhere to the card front using 3D foam pads.

Fix a die-cut underwater plant either side of the sentiment and decorate the card front using pearls to finish.
