Are you like us, and absolutely desperate for some sun? This year we might be soaking up rays in our own gardens or local parks rather than on a Mediterranean beach, but wherever we find ourselves, you can bet we’ll be crafting!

With this issue, we wanted to bring the holiday ‘feel’ into your home, and the designers have all come up with wonderful colourful patterns to give us hope for better times. Amanda Berry’s beach hut doorstop makes us look forward to visiting the seaside, the Sennen Cove tech cases are perfect for days out…and don’t forget Scilly the Seagull, complete with his own box of stolen chips!

The lovely toys in this issue are sure to make you and yours smile, from the circus trio to the father and son Beach Bears. And let’s not forget our official Wallace and Gromit toys in both knit and crochet: which of the special ladies in Wallace’s life will you choose – Wendolene the wool shop owner, or the glamorous Piella? Or why not make both?
