Cover the card front with patterned paper, leaving narrow borders. Adhere the sticker to the card front.

Stamp and die-cut the Winnie the Pooh image using a stamp and co-ordinating die. Colour and attach to card front using 3D foam pads. Attach the sentiment and bow to finish.
