Whale Done - Cute Card To Congratulate An Achievement

Stamp a swirly background onto a grey die-cut square using Perfect Medium and layer it onto the card blank. Die-cut a pierced circle from yellow cardstock and set aside.

Die-cut a scalloped square from aqua and blue cardstock and another from vellum, cut and layer the waste borders together to create waves.

Stamp all of the images shown onto white cardstock, colour using alcohol markers and fussy-cut each topper.

Die-cut a white stitched square, ink and layer it onto red cardstock, leaving a narrow border. Arrange all of the elements onto the square to create the scene and mount it onto the card front.

Stamp the sentiment onto a white die-cut stitched square, trim as shown and affix it to the card front using 3D foam pads to finish.
