Mask off a third of the card front and ink through the star stencil with a range of Distress Ink.  Add stamped stars from the Beautiful Baby stamp set in Cornflower Blue Archival Ink.

Ink along the edge of the masking tape with Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink to add definition to the panel.

Cut two circle nesting dies and stars from yellow and blue cardstock.  Snip the yellow star and stick it over the blue star and attach the die-cuts to the card front as shown. Add the sentiment to finish.
