Trimming The Tree Christmas Card
1
Cut a piece of white cardstock very slightly smaller than the card blank. Use low-tack tape to mark out the section down the centre as shown.
2
Use Cut-N-Dry foam to apply Distress Oxide inks to the selected section of cardstock through the hexagon stencil. Use the same inks to stamp a mix of sentiments in different directions. Carefully remove the tape.
3
When partly dry add clear embossing powder over the top. Rub an anti-static bag across the inked section and use VersaMark ink to stamp the Christmas tree in the centre as shown.
4
Apply black embossing powder to the Christmas tree and heat-emboss. Mount the stamped cardstock onto a slightly larger piece of black cardstock leaving a narrow border. Adhere the panel to the card front to finish.
