Die-cut a background die from white cardstock, then trim a white panel to fit and  cover with Aurora Washi tape.

Adhere the Washi panel to the card front with double-sided tape, leaving a narrow border. Mount the background die-cut on 3D foam pads as shown.

Die-cut a white heart and mount on 3D foam pads then add the sentiment to finish.
