Thinking Of You Chinese Lantern Card

Trim the card blank to measure 21x12cm. Cut an 11x20cm piece of cream cardstock, matt it onto navy cardstock, leaving a narrow border, and fix to the card front.

Trim a 0.5x20cm strip of navy cardstock and secure at the base of the card front.

Cut a 9cm circle from Old gold card and trim off the base of the circle.  Fix in place in the centre of the card, touching the navy border you just added.

Cut the Willow Pattern 3 die twice from navy cardstock and use 3D foam pads to fix it on the gold circle. Affix a bird to each side of the card front as shown.

Die-cut the lanterns twice from white cardstock, colour using alcohol markers and affix to the top of the card front as shown.

Use glue gel to secure a bird over the join between the two sets of lanterns and add the sentiment to the card front to finish.
