Cover the top half of the card front with sky patterned paper and the bottom half with dotty patterned paper. Die-cut a scalloped border from white cardstock and attach across the join.

Stamp the image onto white cardstock and colour using Distress Ink. Use the Make a Card die set to cut into a stitched rectangle and attach to the card front using 3D foam pads.

Die-cut two clouds from white cardstock and adhere using 3D foam pads.

Stamp the sentiment onto white cardstock, die-cut into a rounded rectangle and layer onto blue cardstock then attach to the bottom-right corner of the card front. Decorate using enamel dots to finish.
