Create 4¼”-square card blank from Premier Polar White cardstock.

Cut the Diamond Stripe Frame Panel from navy cardstock and layer on top of the card blank.

Die-cut the panel again from Mist cardstock and place in the centre of the navy panel as shown.

Cut the candles from Premier Polar White Cardstock and attach Baby Blue cardstock behind them.

Colour the candle flames on a separate strip of paper and attach behind the flame portion of the die-cut. Attach to the card using 3D foam pads.

Stamp the sentiment in navy ink onto Baby Blue cardstock then layer with a fishtailed strip of Buttercup cardstock and adhere to card with 3D foam pads.
