Create a 5½x4¼”card blank from blue cardstock and add a panel of graph paper as shown.

Adhere striped Washi tape across the card front.

Die-cut ovals from green and blue cardstock and arrange as shown.

Print a sentiment onto blue cardstock and die-cut into a speech bubble, then add to the card and affix adhesive dots to finish.
