Thank you balloons - a clean and simple pastel coloured card

Create a customised balloon stamp using the Silhouette Mnt machine and apply different coloured inks onto it.

Stamp the sentiment onto the bottom-right corner of the card front.

Stamp the balloons repeatedly over the card front and affix rhinestones onto each balloon image where the strings meet as shown to finish.
