Create a stamped background using the masking technique. Mat the stamped background panel onto black cardstock, leaving a narrow border and adhere it to the card base.

Die-cut the large sentiment and place it onto the card front to guide you when stamping the small sentiment. Use black 3D foam pads to pop up the large die-cut onto the card and add a touch of shimmer using the Sparkle Pen.

Use a heat tool to heat-emboss the powder. Allow the heat tool to get to its hottest temperature before applying it to the cardstock.

Trim the cardstock to 4”-square so that the ends of the stripes are no longer visible.
