Die-cut the Stitched Circles panel from Polar White cardstock and affix to the card front to create a textured background.

Stamp and die-cut the rose and leaves then colour in.

Stamp a sentiment and trim into a rectangle.

Add 3D foam pads to each element and affix to the card front to finish
