Die-cut a tag from white cardstock and one from patterned paper and affix them together. Place the stencil on top and apply texture paste through it.

Cut the fence and leaves from patterned paper and use 3D foam pads to attach them across the bottom of the tag.

Die-cut and assemble the flowers from foam. Affix them along with die-cut leaves and cheesecloth onto the tag as shown.

Embellish the tag with pearls and Micro Beads. Add touches of glitter paint onto the flowers and allow them to dry.
