Sweet Cupcakes And Afternoon Tea Happy Birthday Card

Cut a 14cm-square piece of pink spotty paper, a 12.5cm-square piece of white cardstock and a 12cm-square piece of blue patterned paper then adhere together and secure onto the card front as shown.

Cut four 5cm-square blocks in contrasting paper and matt onto white cardstock, then adhere three with 3D foam pads and the fourth in bottom right-hand corner with glue as shown.

Die-cut the banner, stamp the sentiment and heart and adhere to the card front. Die-cut a second banner, trim and adhere in place, then add a flower sticker to each.

Cut and stamp the cupcakes, teapots and slices of cake from the paper pad and paper piece together. Adhere onto the card front with glue and 3D foam pads as shown. Add pearls to finish.
