You will need:
- White 5½x4¼”card blank
- White & black cardstock
- Stamps by Chloe Starry Border stamp
- Bahama Blue, Rose Bud, Morocco, Dandelion & Pear Tart Memento inkpads
- Onyx Black VersaFine inkpad
- VersaMark inkpad
- Midas Touch WOW! Embossing Powder
- Heat tool
- Clear Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen
- Altenew Simply Thank You die
- Corner rounder punch
- Black and white baker’s twine
- Manual die-cutting machine

Cut white cardstock to the same size as the card base. Stamp the Starry Border in green across the top of the card.
