Stamped Best Wishes Card
Cut a piece of pink patterned paper to fit the front of a 6”-square card front, layer a piece of yellow patterned paper on top measuring 14cm square and a large square cut with a stich-edged die.
Add a stripy paper strip on top, wrap with ribbon, securing on the reverse before affixing to the card front.
Stamp the large image with Archival ink onto white cardstock. Cut into a rectangle and distress the edges with ink. Add to the card front at an angle using 3D foam pads.
Colour two pieces of Stampbord with Distress Ink and ink the large stamp with it facing upwards. Press the piece of Stampbord down on the part of the image you want to highlight.
Stamp the sentiment and cut into a label shape. Distress the edges with ink and add to card front overlapping the stamped panel. Embellish with flowers, pearls and a button to finish.
HOW TO: create a Stampbord tile for your projects
Ink a Stampbord piece with Distress Ink to colour the piece and allow to dry.
Ink up the portion of the large stamp you wish to use on your Stampbord tile using Archival ink and allow to dry.
Press the Stampbord tile face down on the inked stamp – pressing firmly to ensure the image is clear.
Coat the tile with VersaMark ink and then coat with UTEE.
Heat with a heat tool until the UTEE starts to heat up and move around.
Repeat the process whilst the UTEE is molten and heat each time to achieve a thick, shiny finish.
