Stained Glass Window Panel Best Wishes Card

Create a 17cm-square white card blank. Trim a piece of 15cm-square patterned paper and layer onto blue cardstock leaving narrow borders as shown. Adhere to the card front.

Using black cardstock die-cut the Potted Blooms and adhere to a 9x14.5cm piece of patterned paper. Layer the stained glass panel onto blue cardstock leaving narrow borders as shown.

Use 3D foam tape to attach the stained glass panel to the card front at an angle as shown. Stamp the sentiment and add enamel dots to finish.
