Use a range of Distress Ink to stamp the border onto the card front as shown.

Splash droplets of water onto the line art so the ink bleeds. Coax some of the movement with a fine paintbrush. Leave to dry.

Use VersaMark ink to stamp the sentiment onto Plum cardstock and heat-emboss in white. Trim the panel to size and adhere across the card front as shown to finish.
