Colours fig, peacock blue & peony, This set blend so good together!. The consistency is just like water but super pigmented so will definitely go a long way.
Emboss resist! It works perfectly, the colours blend effortlessly and you can add a touch of water to lighten any of the shades. The sparkle is spot on as there's plenty of it without being in your face.
Stencil & Spritz! Just add a small amount of sparkle ink to a bit of water to get a lighter shade spray that makes a lovely background. The ink also works through a stencil if you use a sponge and dab off the some ink first. Unfortunately it does have slightly less of an effect when used on smaller areas.
This is the main reason I will be buying more of these little pots of magic!. backgrounds are my thing and this ink just sets the scene perfectly. Also the bushes at the bottom are made using the blue ink! It changes colour depending on what colour distress ink you have put down first ....so I made green. TIP - you can definitely mix a bit with smooshed distress inks and add water to lighten.
And for anyone that knows me .....I can't resist trying it out with some lavinia stamps!!. my honest opinion???? Spectrum noir sparkle ink is one of my new favourite products and I plan on using it with my future makes!
