Print the Skateboard Tobie digital stamp at 10cm high onto cardstock and colour with Copic Sketch markers. Cut out, leaving a narrow white border around the image.

Die-cut a 13x10cm stitched scalloped rectangle from red cardstock and cover with a smaller rectangle of blue dotty paper from the paper pad. Adhere to the card blank.

Die-cut a red 9x6cm stitched rectangle and cover with white cardstock leaving a narrow border. Adhere the image to the layered rectangle panel using 3D foam tape.

Die-cut a double-ended fishtail banner from white cardstock and stamp the sentiment then heat-emboss with clear embossing powder. Score each end of the banner at 0.5cm and 0.8cm then fold as shown. Affix 3D foam pads under the centre of the banner and secure the ends of the banner flat.

Finish with a few self-adhesive pearls in the corners of the top panel.
