Die-cut five balloons from co-ordinating paint swatches and adhere a short length of twine the back of each die-cut.

Affix the balloons onto a white card blank measuring 10.5x14.5cm raising some with 3D foam pads.

Secure the twine using Washi tape and cover with a border of white glitter cardstock.

Stamp the sentiment onto a white banner, embellish with a brad and adhere to the card front.
