The Global Kids Sewing Party is  a month-long celebration for kids to sew a softie to gift to someone in their community. From 1st March, kids joining in learn not only how to sew and create a softie but also that community means supporting and looking out for each other.

Kids all over the world will be trying their hand at creating cute and charming figures and learning valuable skills, such as sharing and creativity, as well as sewing skills. Anyone can join in, including schools, libraries, scout groups or even families. You don't need to know how to sew, this is an opportunity to get to grips with how enjoyable and easy sewing can be!

Sew a Softie provide simple instructions for those who are completely new to softie sewing, although why not get creative and create a completely unique softie from your own imagination.

If donating toys to charity, remember to check with the charity beforehand to see if they are willing to accept toys without a CE mark.
