Layer borders of mustard and coral cardstock onto a panel of white cardstock, die-cut it into stitched square and die-cut a row of heart-shaped apertures as shown.

Back the panel with a piece of acetate, mount it onto the card front using 3D foam pads and embellish with contrasting die-cut hearts.

Die-cut the sentiment from white and black cardstock, adhere the die-cuts together, offsetting them to create a shadow effect and layer it onto the card front.

Add a wooden peg and twine bow to the top of the panel to finish.
