Cover the card blank with patterned paper and ink the edges.

Die-cut the Framed Angel from white cardstock, heat-emboss it using gold embossing powder and back the angels wings with vellum and cut off the excess.

Adhere the frame onto patterned paper, cut it out and layer it onto a contrasting paper. fussy-cut the panel and secure it to the card front using 3D foam pads.

Add a bow to the bottom-left corner of the panel and embellish the card front with pearls as shown to finish.
