Recognising Children’s Mental Health
Mental health problems can affect children and teenagers, no matter their age. Unfortunately, this year has been a tough one for us all. The months of lockdown and loss have had a huge impact on our mental health, including the little ones of the family. So, now more than ever, we consider it very important to find hobbies that keep our little ones busy.
