Reach for the stars - a fun aperture card to encourage the recipient
Learn how to use a double aperture to create depth and showcase the fun stamped and coloured images.
1
Ink the edges of the card blank, layer the card front with a blue 12cm-square panel and stamp a starry background using white ink.
2
Die-cut a large circle aperture into two 13.5x19.5cm panels of kraft cardstock, round the corners of each panel and outline one panel with faux stitching using a white pen.
3
Stamp two rockets and two moons, colour using alcohol markers and cut out leaving a narrow border.
4
Assemble the card front by layering the panels and toppers as shown using 3D foam pads.
5
Punch a white label, stamp the sentiment onto the label and adhere to the card front using 3D foam pads to finish.
