Rainbow and Butterfly Stamp Card

1

Use low-tack tape to mask off a diagonal line from the centre-left point to top edge of a white 12x17cm panel, then blend the top corner with pink ink.

2

Move the strip of tape to start at the same origin, but roughly two thirds along the top edge. Take a second piece of tape and place this partly over the pink border and blend this section with coral ink.

3

Repeat this process of moving the two pieces of tape (changing the tape when you change colour so that you don’t get any transfer of residual ink) and ink-blend your next colour.

4

Once the sunburst effect is complete, use co-ordinating ink to stamp small butterflies onto the background, then stamp a range of butterflies as shown using black pigment ink.

5

Stamp the sentiment, create the rest of the sentiment using a label maker and secure the panel to the card front. Add faux-stitched borders using a white gel pen to finish.
