Putting on The Ritz Roaring Twenties Stepper Card

Cut an 11½x6” piece of black cardstock and use a template to create the stepper card blank.

Cut two ¾x4¼” pieces and two ¾”-square pieces of Roaring Twenties card and layer onto larger pieces of mirror card. Cut a 3½x5¼” piece of Roaring Twenties Card and layer onto a larger piece of Luxury Gold mirror card as shown. Adhere all panels to the card front.

Stamp two Roaring Twenties ladies and colour using Spectrum Noir pens. Once dry, add a top coat of clear Sparkle Pen. Fussy-cut the images then snip away sections of one of the images as shown to enable you to découpage it.

Fussy-cut some of the flower images from the patterned card and lightly blend Fuchsia Harmony ink around the edges.

Use black ink to stamp the sentiment. Trim to size then layer onto a slightly larger piece of Luxury Gold mirror card as shown.

Assemble the design using Collall 3D glue gel to add dimension, then decorate using glitter glue and pearls to finish.
