Put On Some Glitz-Cute Little Storage Bag For Precious Items
Learn how to decorate a plain canvas bag using your Cricut Explore Air™ electronic die-cutting machine and mixed media
1
Iron some Bondaweb onto a piece of white fabric following the manufacturer’s instructions.
2
Open all the cutting files in a new Cricut Design Space project and add the initial using the Add Text option.
3
Resize all the items to fit the bag size and make sure that the Chevron Pattern Overlay is bigger than the Label.
4
Place the ‘L’ in the circle and attach them together, then send the Chevron Pattern and Circle to cut.
5
Use Washi tape to hold the Chevron Pattern in place over the stabilised fabric from Step 1 and dab on gold paint with a sponge, remove the stencil. Let the fabric dry.
6
Change to the deep-cut housing and blade and set the dial at Fabric to cut the label. Iron the painted fabric label to the bag and add the circle monogram.
