Provence Roses French Country Style Card

Use the image-editing software to re-size flowercluster_2 to 8.5cm wide, bow_3 to 8cm wide and button_6 to 1.7cm wide. Copy and paste the flowers and bow to make two of each and the button to make three.

From the ‘Lil bits kit, resize label_7 to 8.5x12.5cm and layer onto an 11x13.5cm rectangle of solid red. Print all elements as well as a selection of patterned and plain papers.

Score and fold an A4 piece of white cardstock in half to create an A5 card blank and cover the front and insides with striped paper. Affix a 10.5x14.5cm rectangle of checked paper onto the card front and a 6.5x19.5cm strip of red patterned paper towards the left-hand side.

Cut around the label leaving a narrow red border, layer onto cream paper and fussy-cut then use 3D foam pads to fix to the card front.

Fussy-cut the flower group then cut just the yellow rose from the second one and layer over the first using 3D foam pads. Adhere onto the card front.

Fussy-cut the first bow then just cut the loops from the second. Shape the loops slightly and add a thin strip of 3D foam pads to each loop towards the outer edges.

Apply Tacky Glue to the brad and fix to the first bow then add Tacky Glue to the reverse of the découpaged ribbon and add to the card front.

Fussy-cut the buttons and attach in the top-right corner using 3D foam pads.
