Die-cut the heart into layered square panels of paper. Matt with more patterned paper as shown and add to the card front.

Add a heart die-cut from mirror card and glitter cardstock. Stick the paper flowers onto the card front and attach more with brads.

Add a mini peg to the top of the card front and add a sentiment die-cut.
