Stamp the inside stamp block sections for the flowers in the co-ordinating places for the outline of the flowers.

Spritz the stamped image with with water, using just a small amount and adding to it as you need to. Use a heat tool to dry sections as required.

Once you have achieved the desired look and the surface is dry, stamp the outline flower stamp over the top using Jet Black ink.

Adhere the panel onto the card blank and adhere the stamped sentiment to finish.
