Cover the top of the card blank with patterned paper, leaving a narrow border and layer a paper doily onto the card front.

Cut a contrasting tag into a square, matt it onto the doily and affix a sentiment topper on top using 3D foam pads.

Embellish the card front with a row of Candi embellishments to finish.
