Pastel Blue Floral Wonderful Birthday Card With Pearls & Bows

Cut the ditzy flower patterned paper and stick to the front of the card blank.

Cut a panel of flower striped patterned paper to measure 14x5.5cm and layer onto lilac then white pearlescent cardstock. Fix double-sided tape to the bottom edge of the panel.

Separate out the white and pink stamens and adhere in a line of alternate colours along the under edge. Add the completed panel to the card blank as shown using foam pads.

Layer the topper onto white pearlescent cardstock and mount onto the card front as shown using foam pads, and attach pearl flower strings.

Tie two separate bows with blue and pink ribbon and attach to the topper using hot glue. Affix stamens and a pearlescent rose to the centre of the bow.

Finally add pearls, rhinestones, flower gems and glitter glue to the flowered areas on the topper to finish.
