Papercraft Essentials 214 on sale 7th July
The brand-new issue of Papercraft Essentials is out this week with The Book Club cardmaking kit and first-ever luxury storage folder

Welcome to the latest issue of Papercraft Essentials. This issue, we are bringing you the first-ever 114-element The Book Club cardmaking kit and luxury storage wallet.

As a self-confessed bookworm, it has been wonderful to work with this kit, as it is ideal for making gorgeous cards for the book lover in your life, and we have plenty of ideas that cover both masculine and feminine projects. There are also stunning elements that help create brilliant 3D projects, and not just cards, so you are not restricted with what you can make using this kit! If you are also an avid reader, then there are easy-to-make bookmarks to mark your page.

The Design Team has created 18 wonderful projects for you to try your hand at, starting with some shaped cards from Sandra Rayner. Then, Amy Wilks shows us how to make fun, masculine cards using the kit! Mel Jess shows us that the kit is perfect for those 3D projects, and the templates she has used are available to download from CraftWorld now. Sam Butler has made all-occasion cards that show off the kit and are ideal for those feminine makes!

We also have some ideas to stretch your stash, such as a skill-building masterclass from Teresa Morgan on creating your own embossing glazes using fun stencils. Vanessa Hodgson shares her ways of making your sentiment stamps go further, plus we have new products from CraftStash and Craft Consortium.

This issue is jam-packed with ideas and inspiration, and I know you’ll be itching to get started with your crafting, so I shall leave you to it. Don’t forget to share your makes with me!
