Paper Pieced Mosaic Elephant Thinking Of You Card

Layer a 14x10.5cm piece of blue and white patterned paper onto a slightly larger piece of orange cardstock then attach to a white 15x11.5cm tent-fold card blank.

Cut a 14x2.5cm piece of green gingham paper and stamp ‘Thinking of you’ in the bottom-right corner. Layer onto a slightly larger piece of orange cardstock then attach near to the bottom of the card front.

Stamp the mosaic elephant onto orange patterned paper and cut out. Stamp again onto pale pink patterned paper, cut out the ears, tusks and toes then adhere onto the orange elephant as shown.

Stamp the elephant onto green patterned paper. Cut out the lower section of the elephant’s coat and head-piece then attach to the orange elephant. Stamp the elephant onto blue patterned paper, cut out the top section of the coat, the eyes and the middle section of the head-piece and adhere onto the orange elephant.

Stamp the elephant onto dark pink patterned paper, cut out the outer edges of the ears, the top of the head-piece and the flower, then adhere onto the orange elephant. Cut the flower centre from the pale pink elephant and the leaves from the green elephant and attach to the main elephant, then use 3D foam pads to attach to the card front as shown.

Stamp three flowers onto dark pink patterned paper and cut out. Stamp again onto orange paper, cut out the flower centres and attach to the pink flowers. Use 3D foam pads to attach the flowers to the card front as shown to finish.
