Step by step

Matt and layer the card front, as shown, glittering the edges of the white layer.

Create a collage onto a strip of patterned paper with stamps and black ink. Attach onto a glittered white strip and affix onto the card front.

Die-cut labels from white and silver cardstock. Layer together and stamp the hearts onto the white label, then adhere onto the card front.

Stamp the sentiment onto white cardstock and trim to size. Finish by attaching pearls.
