One More Chapter Book Pop Up Happy Birthday Card

Cut a 20.5x7.5cm piece of white cardstock and score the long side at 2.5cm, 5cm, 10.25, 18cm and 15.5cm

Fold so you have a valley fold, mountain fold, valley fold, mountain fold and valley fold.

Stamp and colour four inner panels as desired. Die-cut the books and the cat then attach as shown.

Cut two 2x7cm pieces of patterned paper and adhere to the two other panels.

Cut a 22x15.5cm piece of white cardstock and score the long side at 11cm. Fold and burnish to create the card base.

Cut two 10x14.4cm pieces of patterned paper and adhere inside the card, ensuring you have an even border.

Apply glue to the reverse of the pop-out piece and adhere in the middle along the outer side, lining it up with the patterned paper.

Apply glue to the other end and adhere on the opposite side. The card will not lie flat when opened, this is to ensure the pop-out piece keeps its shape when opened.

Cut a 10x14.5cm piece of coloured paper and adhere to the card front.

Cut a 9.5x14cm piece of white cardstock and emboss using the folder. Colour and decorate as desired.
