One In A Million Top Gear Card

Cover the card front with a piece of Line Up patterned paper. Cut a slightly smaller panel of Top Gear paper.

Ink the edges three cog cutouts using black ink and layer onto the smaller panel over the original cogs, securing with a brad.

Mount the ‘AMAZING’ topper onto the bottom of the panel using 3D foam pads.

Back the whole of the panel with craft foam cut to size and adhere to the card front.

Layer two die-cut tabs and attach to the top right of the card. Add two wooden chevrons with glue dots to the left of one of the working cogs.
