On your wedding day- elegant vintage floral framed card

1

Partially insert a white 13.7cm square cardstock into the embossing folder so that the top edge of the embossing folder stops at approximately 2.5cm from the top edge of the cardstock.

2

Fix the card to the bottom flap of the embossing folder using Washi tape and emboss. Remove and repeat for the bottom edge of the panel.

3

Insert a 13.7x8cm piece of Mint Macaron cardstock into the embossing folder. Close the folder. Place a 14x7.2cm piece of chipboard on top of the closed embossing folder in the centre of the inserted piece of card.

4

Emboss then remove the cardstock. You should now have an embossed strip the same size as your chipboard strip. Add a die-cut pierced border along the un-embossed borders. Fix the panel to the centre of the white embossed panel of card. Layer the panel onto a 14.1cm square of white cardstock and affix to the centre of a 14.8cm square of Mint Macaron cardstock.

5

Die-cut a 12.6x10cm floral oval from white cardstock, die-cut a 9.3x7.1cm oval from the centre of the floral oval die-cut to create a frame. Affix to the centre of the layered panel, wrap the centre with white seam binding. Fix to the front of a 14.8cm square tent-fold card blank.

6

Die-cut a 8.5x6.4cm oval from white cardstock, stamp a sentiment in the centre of the oval die-cut using Oasis Green ink. Fix in the centre of the floral oval frame using 3D foam pads. Add pearls, a white seam binding bow and paper roses to finish.

28

Die-cut an 8.5x6.4cm oval from the centre of a 15.2x11.3cm piece of chipboard.

29

Insert a 15x13cm piece of white cardstock into an embossing folder.

30

Fix the card to the bottom flap of the embossing folder by taping around the edges with Washi tape, close the embossing folder, line up the chipboard on top of the closed embossing folder and tape into place. Emboss.

31

Open the embossing folder, but leave the white card taped to the bottom flap. Ink the inside of the top flap of the embossing folder with Oasis Green ink, being careful not to ink the central oval.

32

Close the embossing folder. Emboss to transfer the ink to the embossed card to create a faux letterpress effect.

33

Trim the inked and embossed piece to 13.9x10.8cm. Tape an 8.5x6.4cm oval die to the centre using Washi tape. Run through the die-cutting machine using an embossing sandwich to emboss an oval outline in the centre of the inked panel.

34

Add piercing around the inside of the edge of the embossed oval outline. Layer the panel onto a 14.2x11.1mm piece of Mint Macaron cardstock, affix to the centre of a 14.8x11.7cm card base. Stamp a sentiment in the centre of the un-embossed oval using Oasis Green ink.

35
