On Your Special Day Pink Floral Birthday Z Fold Card

Cut a 15x30cm piece of pink cardstock and score at 10cm and 20cm. Mark at 6cm along one edge and cut diagonally from this point to the opposite top corner.

Cut two 9.5x14.5cm pieces of purple butterfly paper. Mark at 11.5cm along one edge of one piece and cut from this point to the opposite top corner. Repeat on the other piece in a mirror image.

Cut two 9.5x11.5cm pieces of purple floral paper and mark a point along one edge at 8.5cm. Cut from this point to the opposite corner, then repeat on the second piece in a mirror image.

Cut two 9.5x8.5cm pieces of pink floral paper and cut from 5.5cm on one edge to the opposite corner. Repeat in a mirror image on the second piece.

Apply purple ink along the edges of all six papers, leave to dry then attach the panels to the card blank.

Edge three paper blossoms with contrasting glitter glues, leave to dry then fix to the tallest panel of the card blank. Top with a large adhesive pearl in a contrasting colour.

Fix a large birthday sentiment sticker to the spiked edge tag, thread twine through the punched hole and tie with a bow. Fix to the back panel.

Fix the ‘Special Day’ sticker onto cardstock and cut round the oval shape then attach to the centre panel. Fold the second panel over the first before adhering so the sticker is on the correct side.

Attach the main sticker to another spiked edge tag and fix a paper flower through the punched hole. Create a ‘wobbler’ by cutting two 11x1.5cm pieces of cardstock and fix one strip to the other at right angles. Fold the bottom strip over the top at right angles and continue until both strips are folded to the end. Stick the last folded piece and adhere one end to the centre of the card front. Once all three panels are closed, add the other to the reverse of the tag to finish.
