Night Skyline Congratulations Card

Tape the sunrise mask onto a 17.5x14cm piece of black cardstock and generously apply Midnight Blue, Purple Violet and Aqua Lagoon Pixie Powders through the design.

Lightly spritz the powders with water to develop the colours, remove the mask and spritz again so the colours run a little to create a hazy effect.

Once dry attach a white ‘Congratulations’ sentiment die-cut to the bottom of the panel.

Cut the largest section of the skyline die from black gloss card and layer onto white gloss cardstock. Cut the white background into a circle, ensuring the edge of the skyline stops at the edge of the circle.

Die-cut the two smaller sections of the city skyline from black gloss card and layer together before cutting using the circle die. Mount onto the panel from Step 4, then adhere onto the sunrise panel.

Matt and layer the whole panel onto white and black cardstock and pierce the border around the white panel.  Adhere to the front of a 21x17cm card blank.
