New York City Shopping Card

Create a square card blank from cardstock and add a panel of patterned paper to fit slightly smaller than the card front.

Add a panel of die-cut square white cardstock, then add the elements and die-cut star as shown.

Add striped paper to the top of the tag and add an enamel dot for decoration.

Print and punch the diamond ring image and add to the card front.
