What is Quilling?

Quilling is the art of cutting paper into long thin strips, rolling and pinching the pieces into different shapes, and then gluing the shapes together to form decorative art. Paper quilling elements are used to embellish cards, gift boxes and bags, canvases frames, or even be made into 3D art pieces. You can quill on a budget by cutting your own paper strips and using basic household craft items or purchase a kit elements to co-ordinate your designs!
