Navy floral Birthday Wishes Card

1

Trim a navy 28x10.5cm panel and score at 14cm to create a landscape A6 card blank. Cut a 13.5x10cm piece of floral design paper and adhere to the card front leaving a narrow border. Add a navy 13.5x3.5cm strip across the centre.

2

Matt and layer a 7.5x10.5cm co-ordinating piece of design paper onto navy cardstock leaving a narrow border and adhere to the centre of the card front.

3

Trim a white 6x10.5cm panel and adhere to the centre of the card front as shown.

4

Die-cut the birthday sentiment from navy cardstock and adhere to the white panel from Step 3, then add a stamped and layered ‘WISHES’ sentiment under the die-cut using 3D foam pads, alonf with pearls.

5

Trim a white 30x10cm panel and score at 9cm, 15cm and 21cm, then emboss the middle section and concertina-fold.

6

Die-cut a 7cm heart from the centre of the embossed section, positioning the point of the heart along the score line. Matt and layer floral design paper to the left and right panels of the embossed panel.

7

Secure gold thread vertically down the heart aperture, adhering on the underside, then die-cut two smaller heart shapes from navy cardstock, add the die-cut sentiment to one and the die-cut flower to the other and adhere in the centre of the heart aperture, sandwiching the gold thread in between.

8

Adhere the concertina panel to the inside of the card to finish, making sure to just add adhesive to the two end panels only.
